Dr. Kimberly DeSimone, professor and director of the master’s in Leadership program in the Jandoli School of Communication, has been invited to speak at the WNY Women’s Foundation Leadership Summit May 29 as part of the Experienced Leaders pathway.

Grounded in data and driven by a mission to advance gender equity, the WNY Women’s Foundation works to transform systems, culture and policy, creating opportunities for women to thrive and strengthening communities across Western New York. DeSimone’s session, “Leading Without Losing Yourself,” will focus on how leaders can set boundaries, protect their energy, and lead in ways that are both effective and sustainable over time.
