Arm yourself with a global skill set
As a practicing journalist with more than a decade of experience, I know we are no longer a society generally focused on local, community issues and nationwide challenges.

Technology, fiercely morphing, connects us to all corners of the earth and beyond. Students today are preparing to enter the world at a pivotal point in our history, and I want to help arm you with an exceptional, global skill set.
St. Bonaventure's future journalists and other young professionals must be prepared to serve as master truth seekers, translators, relationship builders and workers on a global scale.
As a present-day member of the media, I want to encourage curiosity and teach students how to thrive in unfamiliar territory, in a foreign place. I want our students to have a well-rounded understanding of global relations and communication, and to confidently accept an overseas assignment or career.
