Our Fair Trade Gift Shop is located in the Quick Center's first-floor foyer.
The principles of fair trade are in line with the teachings of St. Francis. It's a simple way to make a difference to the lives of the people who grow and make the things we love. It does this by changing the way trade works through better prices, decent working conditions and a fair deal for farmers and workers in developing countries.
We work with suppliers such as Global Goods, Ten Thousand Villages, Matr Boomie and Prosperity Candle to bring unique items to you for reasonable prices.
We're offering a few items inspired by the spring 2018 exhibition of drawings and watercolors by SBU alumna Jess Pfohl, a self-taught artist who graduated in 2006 with a degree in journalism and mass communication.
Pfohl has her work in several national collections, and she has designed a Bona Wolf for us. We have the design on drink coasters, wrapping paper, stickers and other items.
In addition, by special request. we stock silver jewelry by Laurel Elliot with the Franciscan Prayer for Peace on bracelets and necklaces.
Don't forget the SBU discount
All St. Bonaventure students and employees are eligible for a 10 percent discount. The gift shop accepts all payment options.
