Dr. Heather McDivitt, philosophy lecturer, recently had an article published in the Association of Franciscan Colleges and University's Special Edition Journal, published in December 2022.

The title of the paper is "Imposter Syndrome and Authentic Leadership." 

The AFCU Journal, published annually, features the peer reviewed research and writings of faculty and administrators of AFCU institutions. This special edition of the AFCU Journal is based on select presentations given at the Leadership and Authentic Community Conference held at St. Bonaventure in April 2022.
