St. Bonaventure University's School of Education is opening new doors for educators through its Education Partner Program, offering educational institutions a no-cost way to support professional growth while helping eligible employees save 20% on tuition for select online master's degree and advanced certificate programs.

Designed for public school districts, private and Catholic schools, colleges, universities and other eligible educational organizations, the partnership makes graduate education more accessible while helping institutions invest in the people who shape the future of learning.
There is no cost for institutions to become partners, making the program a valuable opportunity to enhance employee benefits and encourage continued professional development.
“Strong partnerships begin with a shared commitment to educators and the communities they serve. Through this program, we’re helping our partners invest in their people by making graduate education more accessible and connecting educators with the knowledge, practical skills and mentorship to grow in their profession. This work brings our Franciscan values to life by honoring each person’s potential and recognizing that we can make a greater difference together,” said Dr. René Garrison, dean of the School of Education.
For more than a century, St. Bonaventure has prepared educators to make a meaningful difference in classrooms and communities. The Education Partner Program builds on that tradition by connecting working professionals with flexible graduate pathways designed to help them develop new skills, deepen their expertise, and pursue leadership opportunities.
Participating educators benefit from fully online coursework, three start dates throughout the year, personalized mentorship and access to a professional network of experienced educators and leaders. These features allow teachers and other education professionals to continue their education while balancing the demands of their careers and personal lives.
Eligible programs include four online Master of Science in Education (MSED) programs: B-12 Literacy, Educational Leadership, Adolescence Education and Inclusive Special Education. These programs support educators at different stages of their careers, from those seeking initial teacher certification to experienced professionals looking to expand their expertise.
The partnership also includes two online advanced certificate programs: School Building Leader and School District Leader, designed for education professionals seeking to advance into school- and district-level leadership roles. Both programs qualify for the 20% tuition discount.
By expanding access to graduate education and fostering stronger connections between educational institutions, the program aims to create new opportunities for professional growth while supporting the schools and communities that depend on dedicated, well-prepared educators.
