Pamela Ferman, associate dean for Student Development
Pam joined the
CPRC in 2011 and served as assistant director for four years before being named director in August 2018. She became assistant dean for Student Development in 2020 and associate dean in 2021.
As assistant director, Pam served as employer
relations coordinator, managing on-campus recruiting, which included employer outreach and helping to secure internship and job opportunities for students. In addition, Pam worked with students through individual appointments in support of their professional
development.

Mary Pezzimenti, assistant director
Mary joined the CPRC in 2019 as the coordinator of student employment and recruiting. She became the assistant director in 2021.
Mary oversees the professional development program, the Competitive EDGE Program. Through this program she works individually with students to develop their professional skills and goals to secure jobs and internships.
Mary holds a Bachelor
of Science in Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Molly Moretti, career counselor
Molly joined the CPRC in 2021 as a career counselor. She works with undeclared students and students thinking about changing their major through individual appointments. She also assists students with career exploration and professional development.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from SUNY Fredonia and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Ashley Scholla, student employment and recruiting coordinator
Ashley joined the CPRC in 2021 as the student employment & recruiting coordinator. She assists with on-campus student employment processes and supports students
with job/internship searches, resume writing and other professional development services during one-on-one appointments.

Lisa
