4. Higher Education Opportunity Program
Helping Achieving Students Overcome Financial & Educational Challenges
The Arthur O. Eve HEOP Program (HEOP) is a comprehensive program, jointly sponsored with the state of New York, to assist in providing access for all New Yorkers to the state’s private colleges and universities.
HEOP provides broad services to New York state residents to help them overcome educational and economic circumstances that might ordinarily close doors to a college education.

5. International Student Services
Meeting the Unique Needs of International Students and Supporting Online Students

The Office of International Student Services provides support and guidance to the unique needs of international students, and to students in our online graduate programs.
We assist students in preparing required documents for travel
to the U.S., and with maintaining their F-1 student status.
