4. Higher Education Opportunity Program


Helping achieving students overcome financial & educational challenges

The Arthur O. Eve HEOP Program (HEOP) is a comprehensive program, jointly sponsored with the state of New York, to assist in providing access for all New Yorkers to the state’s private colleges and universities.

HEOP provides broad services to New York state residents to help them overcome educational and economic circumstances that might ordinarily close doors to a college education.

5. International student services & study abroad


Meeting the unique needs of International Students and assisting with study abroad programs

Students studying outside the Swan Business CenterThe Office of International Student Services provides support and guidance to international students from planning and preparation to come to the United States through graduation.

We assist students in preparing required documents for travel to the U.S. and with maintaining their F-1 student status.

We also support students studying abroad.
