Outdoor experience in front of Francis Hall, featuring live music by Midnight Kings. Bring your coolers and lawn chairs for a laid-back evening under the stars.

Townhouse ($540)

Each Townhouse apartment includes 4 separate bedrooms with one bed per room, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. NOTE: Kitchens are not equipped. There are no glasses, plates, silverware, coffeemakers, etc. 

Garden Apartment ($500)

Each Garden apartment includes 3 separate bedrooms with two beds per room, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. NOTE: Kitchens are not equipped. There are no glasses, plates, silverware, coffeemakers,     etc. 

Shay Hall Suite ($380)

Each Shay Hall suite has four beds (two per room) and a shared bathroom suite. 

Loughlen Hall ($120)

Each Loughlen Hall room has two beds per room and a communal bathroom shared by the residents on the floor.

 

St. Bonaventure University does not profit from Reunion Weekend but invests a significant portion of its annual budget into this program as the largest alumni engagement event of the year. A portion of the costs associated with the weekend is offset through the Reunion Weekend registration fee.

Each person registering for any event and/or on-campus housing during Reunion Weekend will pay a $75 required Reunion Weekend registration fee. This fee helps to offset the costs of Reunion-related expenses, including:

Reunion Weekend print collateral (i.e. Reunion marketing mailers, name tags, event schedules, etc.)

• Reunion supplies including tents, décor, swag, etc.
• Digital download of your class photo
• Staffing and security
• Entertainment including dj’s, and bands
• Registration processing
• Refreshments at Reunion Headquarters (check-in)

Should any guests pay at the door of an event (when available; not guaranteed), without having pre-registered for other Reunion Weekend activities through the university — therefore not paying the Reunion Weekend Registration Fee — the $50 will be added to their event ticket cost at the door.

Registration fees offset a portion of the overall reunion costs. Should unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your registration, refunds must be requested in writing by Friday, May 10. Please send all requests by email to alumni@sbu.edu

In the meantime, here are three things alumni can do:

• Mark your calendar to return for your reunion.
• Get in touch with friends to spread the word. Visit Bona's Online to search the alumni directory and connect with classmates.
• Book your accommodations. Visit the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce website to review local accommodations and make a reservation.
• Support the Reunion Class Challenge. Make a celebratory gift in honor of your upcoming reunion at www.sbu.edu/donate.

 

Yes, May 1, 2024. Registrations received after the deadline will be subject to a late fee.

 

Admittance to any part of Reunion after the registration deadline will be made available on a space-available basis. Staff will be present to check nametags and information at events and cannot admit unregistered guests. On-campus housing will not be available during walk-in registration.
