I am currently the director of Guest Services for the Buffalo Bills, overseeing all event day staff for Highmark Stadium. My additional responsibilities include oversight of stadium parking operations, working with game day staffing partners in aligning guest experience mission & goals, ensuring compliance with NFL security & fan conduct best practices and oversight of NFL Voice of the Fan survey program.
In addition to working for the Bills, I have worked within Guest Experience at Super Bowls 49 & 50 and currently work as a zone manager on the Guest Experience Team for the Crypto.com Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida.
