Dr. Michael Fischer, professor of accounting, had a paper titled "Enhancing Professional Skepticism in Auditing Complex Accounting Estimates: An Examination of PCAOB AS 2501" published in the 2020 (III) edition of the Academy of Business Research Journal. 

 

An earlier version of this paper received a "Best Paper" award when presented at the Fall 2019 Academy of Business Research conference.
