We believe we are St. Bonaventure University because of each student who walks through our doors. We have an interest, therefore, in creating an environment where every student feels valued and affirmed.
The policies and procedures linked below and at left outline how we define community standards related to diversity, equity and inclusion, and the resources available to students who need them.
While we have formal methods of conflict resolution, St. Bonaventure University is exploring a deeper commitment to restorative practices. These entail methods of resolution that seek to identify and repair harm to individuals and communities through truth-seeking dialogue and reconciliation.
Restorative circles are always a method of resolution available to students, regardless of their conflicts or concerns.
