Thank you for registering a child in a QCA Summer Experiences program.
A member of the QCA staff will be in contact with you within the next week with an invoice to arrange for payment along with additional required waiver and medical forms, which must be completed and returned by the first day of your selected experience.
In the event that an experience is overbooked, your participant’s spot will not be held unless payment is received in full.
Please note that a minimum number of participants are required in order for the Quick Center to run each experience. In the event that a minimum number is not met, the experience will be canceled and you will be issued a refund.
