Juried Art Exhibition
Thank you for your interest in submitting work to the Quick Center's Juried art show for Grade 9 through Grade 12.
We welcome submissions in all media. We are only able to accept one submission per student from each teacher’s class, however, we are not able to accept AI-generated art and reproductions.
If a piece is larger than 11" x 17", please alert us before being delivered to the Quick Center.
Submission Details:
All artwork for the High School exhibition should be submitted digitally to: rclayson@sbu.edu by March 9, 2026 at 3 p.m.
Each student is allowed to submit ONE artwork from ONE teacher or parent (if homeschooled).
Please use the submission form found here. Each piece
of artwork must have a submission form attached.
Selection & Delivery:
The artwork will be juried by a select panel of jurors and winners will be notified by email on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 3 p.m.
All accepted artwork must be brought to the Quick Center between Friday, March 13 and Sunday, March 22, 2026. Please note: No late work will be accepted.

Artwork Requirements for Accepted Pieces:
If your piece is not framed, the Quick Center staff will frame and hang it for the exhibition.
If you choose to frame your artwork, please ensure it is ready to hang using one of the following methods:
- Framed pieces should include either D-ring style hangers with a wire or securely attached sawtooth hangers.
- Stained glass artworks should be framed or include a securely attached wire for safe hanging.
- Fabric or textile pieces should have a reliable and secure hanging mechanism in place.
- Jewelry entries should be submitted with their own display stand or support to ensure proper presentation.
- Digital artwork should be printed by the artist prior to submission.
These guidelines help ensure each piece can be safely and professionally displayed. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and well-presented exhibition!
