"Friday Night at the ER" is an experiential simulation game that teaches systems-based thinking, collaboration, communication, teamwork, and innovation. Although based on managing a hospital, this learning tool can be used in any business or organization to emphasize those concepts.
This team-learning tool will be used with PA students and with students in other programs in the DePerro School of Health Professions.
