Reagan Lamont, OTR/L
Founder and CEO of Therapy Pathways
Reagan Lamont, OTR/LReagan Lamont, OTR/L, better known as OT Reagan, is an occupational therapist, educator, and healthcare content creator dedicated to making rehabilitation practical, engaging, and accessible. After graduating from a small college in Tennessee five years ago, Reagan began her career as a travel occupational therapist, working from the Carolinas to Hawaii in settings ranging from skilled nursing to outpatient orthopedics. 

Reagan combines evidence-based practice with real-world application to empower therapists to deliver meaningful, client-centered care while having a little fun along the way.

Beyond the clinic, Reagan has built a thriving business and online community by translating complex therapy concepts into relatable, educational content for healthcare professionals, students, patients, and caregivers. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between clinical expertise and everyday function while inspiring innovation in occupational therapy.

She is the founder and CEO of Therapy Pathways with OT Reagan, a company dedicated to empowering occupational therapy practitioners at every stage of their careers. Through education, mentorship, and practical resources, she helps aspiring, new, and experienced clinicians build confidence and grow professionally.
