Dr. Tara Walker, assistant professor of communication, published a paper titled "Resisting Stigma and Evaluating Realism in a Direct-to-Consumer-Advertisement for Psychiatric Drugs" in the International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing.

U.S. News gives St. Bonaventure University high marks for value and teaching excellence

In U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 college rankings released Monday, St. Bonaventure is ranked among the nation’s best college values. SBU ranks No. 5 on the list of Best Regional University Values in the North, an 11-state region from Maryland to Maine.

Dr. Pauline Hoffmann, associate professor of communication, recently wrote an article highlighting the story of local TikTok celebrity, content creator, speaker and LGBTQ+ activist Leo WT, for Orato World Media, a digital news platform run by SBU alumna Pamela Say.

Mackowski co-edits two books, publishes articles and leads projects

Dr. Chris Mackowski, professor of journalism and mass communication, co-edited two hardcovers published this summer by Savas Beatie: "The Summer of ’63: Gettysburg" and "The Summer of ’63: Vicksburg and Tullahoma." He also published two articles on the Civil War and worked on several projects with the American Battlefield Trust.
