Dr. Kimberly DeSimone, associate professor in the Jandoli School of Communication and director of the master’s in leadership program, has authored a manuscript titled "Women Perceive Barriers to Corporate Advancement as Self-imposed" that has been accepted for publication in the Advancing Women in Leadership Journal (AWLJ). 

 

This peer-reviewed journal publishes quantitative and qualitative research related to women's leadership issues and gender equity in national and international contexts.
