Assisted in various research projects including development and testing of monoclonal antibody stocks, and genetic engineering associated with postdoctoral projects on early development of Drosophila.
Management activities included all chemical and supply ordering, hazardous waste management, supervising student workers, supervising laboratory equipment maintenance and repair, and general creative problem solving.

Assisted in research on barley yellow dwarf virus detection, and studies of viral coat proteins using standard techniques of molecular biology.
