I ACKNOWLEDGE that Prof. Anne Lee or Prof. Mike Jones-Kelley has my permission to verify my SBU academic and disciplinary records, including a full review of my transcript, and that this application will not be complete until I have submitted a $250, non-refundable deposit.* (Deposits may be made electronically on my.sbu.edu or by taking a check payable to St. Bonaventure University to the Business Office in the Administration Building.)

*If you are not accepted to the Francis E. Kelley Oxford Program your deposit will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MUST BE AT LEAST FIVE STUDENTS IN BOTH GRADUATE CLASSES FOR THE COURSES TO BE OFFERED IN THE OXFORD PROGRAM. IF FEWER THAN FIVE GRADUATE STUDENTS APPLY, THE CLASSES WILL NOT BE TAUGHT AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
