Six St. Bonaventure rugby players have been named to the 2025 National Collegiate Rugby Division I All-American teams for the fall 15s season.
(NOTE: The players are pictured from left to right in the order they are listed below.)
Named to the men’s All-American team from the Bonnies, who won the NCR national title in December, were:
- Scott Wilson, a senior from Aberdeen, Scotland;
- Reynard Boshoff, a senior from Johannesburg, South Africa;
- Noah Edwards, a junior from Santiago, Chile;
- Tanyaradzwa Takaendisa, a junior from Harare, Zimbabwe.
Boshoff was one of five finalists for the men’s NCR Division I Player of the Year, won by Alex Nyamunda of Wheeling University.
Named to the women’s All-American team were:
- Natalie Lamar, a junior from Sodus, New York;
- Kyla Nentarz, a senior from Buffalo, New York.
Lamar was one of five finalists for the women’s NCR Division I Player of the Year, won by Telesi Uhatafe of Southern Nazarene.
The women, who won the 2023 small-college national title, went 4-2 in their second year in Division I.
