Dr. Ebony White, associate professor of Counselor Education, is the lead author of a book chapter titled "Reframing Termination through a Culture-Centered Lens" in the newly released textbook titled "Intersectional Counseling Skills: The Journey to Becoming a Culturally Inclusive Counselor."

Additionally, White co-presented with Dr. Tajma Cameron at the Coming Together for Action Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on Sept. 28. Facilitated by the Global Alliance for Behavioral Health and Social Justice, this conference explored "cutting-edge research, practice, and policy in behavioral health and concrete actions that we can take to strengthen behavioral health and social justice for all."
White's presentation was titled "Using an Immersive Mental Health Course in Ghana to Address Bias and Promote Equity."
