Dr. Mohammed A. Jahed, associate professor of management sciences, co-authored an article titled "Green strategic leadership capability: Construct development and measurement validation" that was published in the Journal of Cleaner Production, an ABDC A-ranked journal.

This research uses a comprehensive multistudy, multimethod approach involving field interviews, thematic analysis, and bulk surveys to operationalize green strategic leadership capability (GSLC) as a hierarchical and multidimensional construct comprising three core and nine subdimensions — resulting in 31 measurement items.

The developed and validated scales offer a valuable tool for organizations to assess their GSLC, prioritize areas for green growth, and enhance sustainability efforts.
