Dr. Suzanne Soltysik, clinical assistant professor of nursing, presented Evidence-Based Teaching and Learning to the New York State Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Certified Instructor Update Course for EMS instructors, which took place on Feb. 13.

The course offered a hybrid format, combining in-person and online attendance, with 42 instructors from all regions of the state participating.
