Fr. Michael Calabria, O.F.M., associate professor and director of the Center for Arab & Islamic Studies at St. Bonaventure, was a presenter in the annual course on Interreligious Dialogue and Ecumenism sponsored by the Franciscan Friars in Istanbul (Oct. 15-29). 

On Oct. 20, Calabria spoke on "Sufism: The Path of Love, the Way of Truth," and co-presented "The Contemporary Encounter Between Sufi and Franciscan Spirituality" with Dr. Roberto Astuto.
