An essay by Mark Phillips, retired teacher and tutor with St. Bonaventure's Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program, has been published in the winter 2022-23 print and online editions of Notre Dame Magazine.

His essay is in part about the taped interviews with Timothy McVeigh that journalists Dan Herbeck, '78, and Lou Michel, authors of "American Terrorist," donated to St. Bonaventure’s Friedsam Library. A different essay by Phillips is forthcoming in Commonweal.
