Karen Weis, clinical assistant professor of occupational therapy, was the primary speaker for a workshop at the American Occupational Therapy Association's 2022 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas, in March.

 

Titled "Walking the Walk... A Creative Opportunity Inspired by COVID: OT Practitioners in Academia Supervising Level II Fieldwork Students," the program was co-presented with colleagues from the occupational therapy assistant program at Jamestown Community College.

 

The AOTA conference is the largest annual conference in the world for occupational therapy professionals.
