Dr. Kimberly DeSimone’s manuscript “Adam as the First Failed Leader: A Feminist-Epistemological Reframing of Genesis Through Leadership Theory” has been accepted for presentation at the Academy of Business Research Conference in Marathon, Florida, Oct. 29–31.

The work reexamines the Genesis story of Adam and Eve through leadership theory and feminist epistemology, highlighting how patriarchal interpretations have shaped perceptions of leadership and accountability. DeSimone is a professor of Leadership in the Jandoli School of Communication.
