Dr. Tiffany E. Demiris, assistant professor of Sports Management, has had the main conceptual work from their dissertation accepted for presentation at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting this summer in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The work is titled “Developing the Concept of Financial Modernization Through the History of College Football Stadiums.” Presenting it will be Demiris' adviser, Dr. Chad Seifried of Louisiana State University.

The paper was judged to be one of the best accepted for presentation and will be eligible for publication in the annual meeting proceedings, Demiris noted.
