An article co-authored by Dr. Suzanne Soltysik, RN-BC, NPD-BC, CNE, focusing on an evidence-based practice initiative she spearheaded with the staff development team at Olean General Hospital was published in the American Nurses Association-New York news magazine.

The co-author was Daniel Robinson, clinical education coordinator at Olean General.

Soltysik also presented a poster titled "Implementing a Graduate Nurse Residency Program in Rural New York" at the annual New York Organization for Nursing Leadership conference in Tarrytown, New York, in September.
