Sam Borden, adjunct instructor in the Jandoli School of Communication's Online Journalism master's programs, will have a story in the 2024 edition of The Year's Best Sports Writing, published by Triumph Books.
Borden's story on Pele's funeral in Brazil for ESPN.com is among the 24 pieces honored.
This is the third time Borden's work has been picked for the annual anthology.
