Darwin L. King, professor of Accounting, and Edward D. King published an article in the March 2024 issue of the Oil, Gas & Energy Quarterly. 

Titled "The IRS Dirty Dozen: Pandemic Years," the article discussed the worst tax-related frauds for the years 2020 through 2022. The IRS creates an annual list of the 12 worst frauds affecting taxpayers (The Dirty Dozen). These include various forms of identity theft, phishing schemes, and many others.
