Perkins advocates for more nursing funding on trip to D.C.

Dr. Connie Perkins, founding director of nursing, participated in a policy summit in Washington, D.C., through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. She advocated with House and Senate members for more funding for nursing education, diverse faculty, and nursing research.
