Dr. Donna Dombek, assistant professor in the childhood education program, presented at the annual conference of the New York State Association of Teacher Educators/New York Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, held at Saratoga Springs Oct.
25-27, 2023.
The title of the presentation was "Do as a Say and as I Do: Modeling Good Pedagogy through Foundation Course Instruction."
The session was designed to share instructional techniques that Dombek uses in education courses that are designed to not only cover course content but also serve as a model of active learning pedagogical strategies for teacher candidates.
