Dr. Leslie Sabina, professor of music and chair of the Department of Visual & Performing Arts, recently had placements of his production music on several European network television shows, including “Superstar” (Czech Republic), “Laegen Flytter” and “I Hus Til Halsen” (Denmark and Norway), “Married At First Sight” (Netherlands), “Date My Family” (South Africa), and “Just Tattoo Of Us” (United Kingdom).

Other broadcast usages (e.g., radio, satellite radio) were recorded in countries such as Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and Sweden.

Sabina’s production music is licensed and distributed by Warner Chappell Production Music (Nashville, TN) in the United States and Canada, and Gothic Storm/Harmony Music Libraries (London, UK) in the European, Asian, and South American markets. Additionally, Sabina’s latest album, Space Disco, was recently released on all streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.

Working under the artist name UD 35-90, Sabina composed, performed and produced the album’s 8 tracks, which draw from a wide spectrum of genres, such as Italo Disco, retro Space Funk, ‘70s synth effects, and the timbral and rhythmic influences of George Duke and Herbie Hancock.
