Fr. Ross Chamberland, O.F.M., associate vice president for Student Affairs, completed the yearlong Certificate in Church Management program through the School of Business at Villanova University.

 

The graduate-level certificate program, with an international and ecumenical student cohort, is composed of 12 live, online seminars and provides a high-level overview of church management elements. Seminars address such topics as people management, financial reporting, leadership development, strategic planning, communications and more.

 

Each course requires a paper regarding application of that particular curriculum to the work in which the student is engaged.
