Fr. Ross Chamberland, O.F.M., associate vice president of Student Affairs, completed the Association of Franciscan Colleges and Universities' Certificate in Franciscan Studies, granted by the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois.
This is part of a divisional project of strategically developing a "seamless garment" of mission integration, diversity, equity and inclusion, and student retention across all departments within Student Affairs.
Chamberland previously completed a certificate program in equity and inclusion from Cornell. Other members of Student Affairs are completing or have completed the Cornell program and will be completing the St. Francis program as well.
