Dr. Heidi Henry, assistant professor in the School of Education, along with Dr. Naomi Timm-Davis from South Dakota State University, presented at the Distance Teaching & Learning conference. 

 

The conference was hosted by the University of Wisconsin–Madison and held virtually Aug. 2-5.

 

The conference featured more than 100 distance education-focused sessions with renowned online educators across the globe. Henry and Timm’s presentation was titled “Fostering community among online learners: Special considerations for Gen Z.”
