Hoffman elected board chair by Universal Primary Care

Dr. Michael Hoffman, associate provost and chief information officer, was elected chair of the Board of Directors of Universal Primary Care.

Universal Primary Care is a federally qualified health center providing health services to the Olean, Salamanca, Bradford, Cuba and Houghton areas.
