Dr. Gabriel Swarts, assistant professor of education, will present a research paper at the national conference for social studies faculty, the College and University Faculty Association of the National Council of Social Studies.

The paper, titled "01000011 01101001 01110100 01101001 01111010 01100101 01101110 (Citizen)," explores the impact information and communication technologies have on democratic citizenship education and social studies teaching and learning.
