Compete against other college teams by joining one of our many men's, women's and coed club sports teams.
Don't stop playing the games you love. Our recreational sports programs keep you fit and having fun.
Dr. Jeff Gingerich, president of St. Bonaventure University, accepted the resignation of Athletics Director Joe Manhertz Friday night.
Manhertz was named AD in August of 2021.
“I want to thank Joe for the contributions he’s made to the Athletics Department the last three years,” Gingerich said. “Joe made a number of excellent coaching hires and was instrumental in helping to launch the athletics pillar of our Bolder Bonaventure fundraising campaign. We wish him the very best in his career.”
A decision on naming an interim athletics director will be made early next week, Gingerich said. A search for a permanent AD will begin in April.
