St. Bonaventure University welcomes back John Kennedy Sept. 21 and 22 to offer workshops on the optimization of brain, breath and body.
Kennedy is president of Combat Brain Training, a program designed to physically change the brain to be more efficient at the foundational processing level. Kennedy also spoke at St. Bonaventure last fall.
Kennedy will speak from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, in the Rigas Theater of SBU’s Quick Center for the Arts. The program is free and open the public.
On Friday, Sept. 22, Kennedy will offer workshops for various audiences throughout the day at Doyle Dining Room.

Kennedy’s visit is sponsored by the SBU Center for Student Wellness, the Military Aligned Students Program, and SBU’s Disability Awareness Committee.
