New York state’s 2014 gubernatorial election was the topic of a lecture that St. Bonaventure's Richard Lee presented at Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y., Oct. 3.
The lecture, “Media, Democracy and the Race for Governor in New York,” is part of Clarkson’s David A. Walsh Arts & Sciences Seminar series.
Lee, an assistant professor in the Russell J. Jandoli School of Journalism and Mass Communication at St. Bonaventure, is teaching an honors course this semester on New York’s 2014 gubernatorial election. He plans to discuss some of his students’ research as part of today’s presentation.
Lee covered government and politics in New Jersey for many years. He later held several government communication positions, including Deputy Communication Director to two New Jersey governors.
