Dr. Daekyun Oh, assistant professor of physical education, presented research at the 2022 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo, held April 26-30 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

His research, titled "National Professional Development Policies and Practices for Content Knowledge," examined the extent of national professional development practices for physical education teachers’ content knowledge during the last six years and the national policies for physical education teachers’ professional development in the past decade.

The results of this study provide a basis for policy decisions, supportive actions, and future directions for promoting physical education teachers’ in-depth content knowledge.
