TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
All students can learn and all students need teachers who are flexible, able to build relationships, and are able to differentiate within academic and social interactions. Learning from my students is as important as my students learning content from the classes I teacher. I consistently hold the school’s I work for accountable to ensure practices are equitable for students.
