Dr. Hoffman received his doctorate in higher education administration from Northeastern University where he received the Dean’s Medal Award. He also holds an MBA from St. Bonaventure and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

He brings his skills and knowledge to our Leading Change course, having led several change initiatives in his career. Dr. Hoffman:

• co-led implementation of a customer relationship management system (CRM) for the Bonaventure enrollment division;
• led a major transition from bank-based to federal direct lending on campus and several financial change initiatives;
• led multiple major IT change initiatives on our campus;
• and co-led our initiatives to develop online learning programs.
