Dr. Kimberly DeSimone, associate professor of leadership in the Jandoli School of Communication, was invited to present at the United Nations International Women's Day Conference, held online March 8.
DeSimone’s keynote presentation was titled "Women in Leadership: More fixing the pipeline, less fixing the women."
The sold-out global conference, titled "Women in Leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World," was hosted by the World Association for Sustainable Development (WASD). It featured presenters from Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Sweden, Canada, the U.K. and the U.S.
