May 19, 2022
Scott Medler

Anatomage, a market leader in medical virtualization technology, will host a seminar this month with Scott Medler, associate professor of physician assistant studies at St. Bonaventure. Medler will present “How I Built My Anatomy Curriculum for a Physician Assistant Program” at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 26.

In the seminar, Medler will share his experience of creating an anatomy curriculum for the physician assistant (PA) program at the university. He will also discuss how he helped students build an integrated understanding of the human body with various levels of complexity and demonstrate how he has used the Anatomage Table to implement lab practical exams for the purpose of student assessment.

The Anatomage Table is a 3D anatomy visualization and virtual dissection tool for anatomy and physiology education. Contact Medler at Smedler@sbu.edu for more information or an invitation.
