TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

I perceive teaching and learning as dynamic and interconnected endeavors rooted in interpersonal relationships and encompassing various aspects of human experience. When we engage in the process of learning, we forge meaningful connections that bridge theory with practical application, weaving together thoughts, ideas, concepts, emotions, and personal encounters. Within the classroom setting, my goal is to cultivate a nurturing environment where my students feel empowered to explore innovative approaches and challenge established notions, fostering intellectual growth. While the acquisition of theoretical knowledge holds the utmost significance, it is equally vital to complement it with empirical research and real-world implementation. Therefore, I consistently encourage my students to actively participate in hands-on experiences, enabling them to develop a discerning perspective and utilize their skills to benefit their communities.
