Dr. Tyrone Bynoe, associate professor of education and director of the educational leadership program, has submitted a book manuscript for publication: "The Essentials of Finance for School Leaders: A Practical Handbook for Problem-solving and Meeting Challenges;" Bynoe, T., Bounds, S. & Martinez, D.G. (Rowman & Littlefield). 

 

Bynoe has also been accepted, based on a blind review, as a symposium presenter at the international conference of the Comparative & International Education Society, set for Feb. 18-20, 2023, in Washington, D.C. He will be part of a panel presentation on the topic of COVID-19 and school finance titled "Adjusting to Downturns and Accommodating the Costs of Online Education."

 

In addition, Bynoe has recently been an active reviewer for the Journal of Education Finance; the Journal of Education – Studies in Education; and Impacting Education: Journal for Transforming Professional Practice.
