Such appearances may not seem unusual by today’s standards, but in 1992 individuals who wished to be perceived as serious candidates were more likely to appear on Meet the Press, Nightline or Face the Nation. The presentation will explore the Clinton team’s decision to utilize soft-media and examine the implications that decision has had over the past two decades.
